Starting a brand new account?
When you start a new CaseWizard account, there is a 7-day free trial period. After that, you will be prompted to enter a credit card. Cancel at any time - either during your trial before you are billed or after your trial on a month-to-month basis.

Are there long-term contracts?
Absolutely not. Take advantage of our 7-day free trial, and after that, you will be asked to enter a credit card to continue using CaseWizard. From there, you are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing period, you’ll retain access to CaseWizard until that billing period is over.

What are my payment options?
CaseWizard accepts all major credit cards. We also offer a 10% discount for annual payments. If you would like to discuss our prepayment discount, please contact sales@casewizard.com.

Can I add more users to CaseWizard at any time?
Yes. You can add more users to CaseWizard at any time. When adding new users, the amount will be pro-rated based on your monthly billing date.
